• NO cameras or videotaping in the concert area. Audio taping in designated taping area only on a first-come basis.
• All vending is prohibited on the premises without a permit. To apply for a permit, call 315-422-3511. The sale of food or alcohol by patrons is strictly prohibited.
• Beware of counterfeit tickets!
• NO vehicles will be allowed in the camping area. This is designated for foot traffic only. The campgrounds need to be vacated by 2 pm on Monday, September 1st. Please make sure you plan your departure well in advance. We ask that you please use all efforts in giving a hand to keeping the parking lots and camping areas clean.
• NO food or drinks allowed in the concert area. Sealed water bottles and empty plastic containers only will be allowed inside the concert area.
• Absolutely NO pets – no exceptions
• NO fireworks or incendiary devices
• NO TIKI TORCHES - They will be confiscated!!
• NO open fires
• NO GLASS or metal containers
• NO illegal drugs, nitrous oxide or controlled substances
• NO knives or weapons
• All children over the age of 7 must have a ticket. We do not encourage you to bring little children to the event.
• Port-O-Johns, showers and bathrooms are located in campground area.
• Restrooms located in moe.'s Tavern
• Port-O-Johns located in the concert area
• Medical Station is located in the building next to the office at the 
  main entrance.
• All patrons subject to search
• Chair lift rides will be available on Saturday and Sunday 
• Chair lift prices - One ride - $5, One day - $15, Two days - $25

!! ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS BOTTLES !!
"Each year, the NY State Department of Health warns us that glass bottles or containers will not be allowed at moe.down. All glass bottles will be confiscated. Please bring plastic bottles and canned drinks only. We have been lenient in the past, but no longer can be, as this has been our sixth warning. Thanks for your understanding and please pass the word."
